There are lots of ways that you can get creative with this and we've seen some amazing results. Hence, why we slotted this idea at the top of the list for the interior.
Not only is it cost-effective but you'll also get a great sense of achievement from creating something beautiful from something that would have otherwise ended up in the landfill. Win-win!
Furniture Covers & Throws
If you've got some nice conservatory furniture but it's perhaps looking a little tired and/or dated, then new covers and throws can work wonders.
This is an extremely cost-effective way of sprucing up your outdoor furniture and it's a very quick and easy thing to do - you can usually find some great covers and throws in your local home store or garden centre.
Lighting
Adding some extra standalone lighting to your garden room can really help to create a warm and inviting atmosphere - lighting can also be used to great effect in terms of garden room design, helping you to highlight certain areas or features.
There are lots of different types of lighting that you can use both inside and outside your garden room, for example, fairy lights, spotlights, solar lights, lanterns, etc.

If you've got some items - trinkets, books etc - that you want to show off, shelving is a great solution.
Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring is a great alternative to carpets. It is very easy to clean and you can add in a luxury rug if your budget allows as this will make a big difference to the overall look and feel of your garden room. (Chances are it’ll be a little easier to keep tidy too).
Patterned flat weave rugs are great for keeping the place clean. But if you want a snuggly warm fluffy rug to keep your feet warm in your garden room then a hand-tufted or shaggy rug will be perfect.

Of course, we already covered plants and flowers but they're worth mentioning again as they can really help to brighten up the exterior of your garden room.
You don't need many to transform the look of your garden room and you can usually pick up some great deals on plants and flowers from your local garden centre.
So, it's definitely worth considering, if you want to add some life to the outside of your garden room.
String Lights
Now, it's important you use string lights and not fairy lights. Fairy lights are more decorative and string ones are both decorative and functional. That's because string lights are far brighter than fairy lights, which means they can actually light up your garden room.
String lights are also relatively cheap to buy and you can usually find some great deals online or in your local home store.
Solar Tiki Torches
The cool thing about solar Tiki torches is that you don't need many to make a big impact - a few strategically placed torches can really help to brighten up the exterior of your garden room.
