Frequently Asked Questions

What Should Every Craft Room Have?

If you’re just putting your craft room together, items such as storage units, adhesives, a spacious desk and a printer are must-haves; giving you inspiration to design a space where you can relax and create some of your best projects.

Why Should I Get Into Hobbies And Crafts?

Crafting has been shown to provide a long list of benefits for kids AND adults. Relieving stress, depression and insomnia as well as decreasing the risk of age-related cognitive impairment are just a few. Additionally, a good craft project can go a long way towards helping you achieve your interior decorating goals without breaking the bank.

What Are Some Popular Design Ideas For A Hobby & Craft Room?

    • Consider Your Aesthetic: Match your wall materials to the wall colour for a seamless look or create a feature wall with a contrasting material. Keep the colours calm in a craft room to promote a relaxing work environment. Stop your space from looking too cold by adding a splash of colour through soft furnishings.

    • Motivate!: Decorate your craft room with wall art that will inspire and motivate you. Framed artwork gives bare walls more personality and makes the space look more like a welcome working environment.

    • Beautify with noticeboards: Pretty up a bare wall with the simple and stylish solution to cover plain cork boards with patterned wallpaper or fabric, preferably that ties in with the rooms colour scheme.
