The Great Yorkshire Show July 2025

Visitors can expect to see some of the best animals in the country competing across 21 sections from show-jumping to cattle, pigs to hives & honey, fashion to chat shows. There will also be national breed shows, cutting edge machinery, state-of-the-art farming equipment as well as first-class entertainment to celebrate the very best of farming, food and the countryside!

You can even see some famous faces. TV presenters Helen Skelton and Matt Baker MBE, Rob and Dave Nicholson, of Cannon Hall Farm (which hosts Channel 5’s Springtime on the Farm series), and popular Peter Wright of Channel 5’s The Yorkshire Vet will appear on the Ariat GYS Stage in a series of chat shows hosted by TV presenter Christine Talbot.

Planning is well underway for the next Show where visitors can expect to see the best animals in the country competing, alongside national breed shows, machinery, food and first-class entertainment to celebrate the very best of farming, food and the countryside.

We’re excited to welcome the return of the hugely popular Atkinson Action Horses for 2025, who will be performing in the Main Ring across all four days.

Tickets for 2025 are now available to purchase online.

Free shuttle buses are operated by The Harrogate Bus Company every day. The buses run every 10 minutes from Harrogate Bus Station (next to the Railway Station) to the Showground’s White Gate, starting at 7.30am. The last bus departs the Showground at 7pm.

The Great Yorkshire Show raises funds for the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, a registered charity helping to develop an environment where farming, food and the countryside thrives and grows.
