Our premium small offices in garden are designed to fit into smaller gardens, and are especially useful for small urbans gardens where space is at a premium but you still want to benefit from the extra space. More often than not, these garden buildings don't require planning permission, nor do they require building regulations approval either. Once you've booked in a garden office to be fitted with your dedicated sales executive, our team will arrange your installation dates, with full installs including base, installation, electrics and interior painting taking no longer than 4 working days, so you'll be in your room in the garden before you know it!

All Cabin Master Small Garden Offices have internal electrics included as standard, you can choose where power points are located so you have enough for all your electrical equipment. We will also install an ethernet port for that all important internet connection. Please note, you will need to employ your own electrician to install an armored cable to connect your garden office to the electricity of your main house.
We can even install the building's base if you don’t already have a hard standing and the team paint the cabin internally and stain it externally so after they have gone you are ready to move in, that day!

Our expert teams of fitters deliver and install our garden buildings throughout the UK. The cost of delivery and fitting will depend on the size of your building and transportation distance from our Derbyshire factory. We’ll provide you with a detailed and itemised quote. When you order your new Garden Room, we will arrange a convenient delivery and installation schedule with you.
The final price is determined by the size of your garden office and the features you choose. We provide a comprehensive, transparent quote for each garden room, issued on an individual basis.
