Cabin Master Sauna Cabins

Relax at Home

At Cabin Master, we design, manufacture and install our garden rooms all over the UK, with our own skilled team of employees - a 'turn-key' project from start to finish. We are so confident that we offer a no-quibble 10-year manufacturer's guarantee giving you complete peace of mind.

Come and see our Cabins Master quality for yourself.  Our Midlands or at a home and garden shows and events throughout the year and you can call to find out more on 0115 932 8888.

Manufactured in the UK

We manufacture in the UK because it is the only way we have found to get good quality control over the product that we send out. In the last 20 years we have dealt with companies from all over Europe and we find that working to someone else’s timings (and being let down) means we are letting our customers down and this is not something we are prepared to live with. We started our factories around 20 years ago, we make literally thousands of buildings per year and we would love to show you around if you would like to come to the factories.

We also think that British manufacturing is something to be proud of and intend to continue making quality garden rooms and timber structures for as long as there is a demand.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Benefits of Saunas?

Stress can feel ever present these days. Finding an effective way to relax and unwind is crucial for your mental health and psychological wellbeing. Saunas, long celebrated for their physical health benefits, are increasingly appearing as a powerful psychological self-care investment. As well as providing a warm and comforting place to relax, reflect and unwind, regularly using a sauna is associated with a wide range of physical health benefits, with some studies even suggesting that taking time to sit in a sauna 2-3 times a week can improve life expectancy and reduce the risk of developing various cardiovascular health complications.

What Do You Wear in a Sauna?

Choose pure or high cotton content items to wear in the sauna, such as an oversized t-shirt, a cotton wrap, baggy yoga pants, or light and comfortable shorts and tank top. Make sure your chosen cotton clothing is loose-fitting, and that it allows good air movement against the skin.

How Long Should You Use a Sauna For?

Among other benefits, regular sauna use can help relax muscles, improve blood flow, and bolster skin health. The recommended length of time to spend in a sauna is 15-20 minutes. First-timers should start with 5-10 minutes. People with certain health conditions should not use a sauna.

Should I Shower After Using a Sauna?

Cooling off after the sauna is important because you can catch a cold if you sweat too much. Sauna-goers should leave enough time to cool down before warming up again. If you can, don't have a shower straight after the sauna. It's better for the body if you cool off in the fresh air first.

How To Use a Sauna as a Beginner?

Shower thoroughly prior to entering the sauna. Sit fully undressed on a large sauna towel. Only stay as long as you feel comfortable in the heat, but for a maximum of 12 minutes. Remain still in the sauna.

What Should I NOT Do After a Sauna?

Drink at least one full glass of water before and after using a sauna, to avoid dehydration. Don't drink alcohol before, during, or after sauna use. Don't use recreational drugs before, during, or after sauna use. Don't eat a large meal prior to using a sauna.
